Who we are

This website is operated by Femkee Marsh, LLC ("Femkee Marsh", "we", "us"), a licensed insurance agency based in Palm Beach, Florida (Florida agency license L132513). This policy covers information collected through this website. Clients receive a separate privacy notice, as required by federal and state insurance privacy law, describing how we handle the personal and financial information used to design and place their coverage.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you send a contact or referral form: your name, email address, phone number, firm, and anything you choose to write in the message.
• When you book a call: the details you enter into the booking form, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred time and any note you add. Bookings are recorded in our Google Calendar.

Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or financial statements through this website. If we need documents from you, we will arrange a secure way to share them.

Information collected automatically

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in the section below.

How we use information

• To respond to your message, referral or booking request, and to send booking confirmations and reminders by email.
• To contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry, where you have asked us to or agreed to it.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record keeping obligations as a licensed insurance agency.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message, or tell us at any time, and we will stop. Consent to texts is never a condition of working with us.

Who we share information with

• Service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as our web host and email provider (Hostinger) and Google, which provides the calendar our bookings are recorded in. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Insurance carriers, lenders and your professional advisors, but only once you engage us and authorize it, and only as needed to design and place your coverage.
• Regulators, courts or law enforcement when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
• A successor business, if Femkee Marsh is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses only essential cookies and similar storage, the ones it needs to work. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

What we use

• Cookie notice. We remember in your browser that you have seen our cookie notice, so it does not appear on every page.
• Staff sign in. Our team's private client management area uses a session cookie to keep staff signed in. It is not used for visitors.

Our booking calendar is built into this site. It does not load Google or any other third party in your browser. The details you submit are sent from our server to our Google Calendar.

Fonts

This site uses fonts served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your permission first. You can review this notice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How we protect information

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the information you send us is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up, and longer where the law or insurance regulations require us to keep records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
